We may close or suspend your Omega Business Account in certain circumstances. Account closures can occur for a number of reasons, including but not limited to regulatory requirements and compliance concerns. While we understand that this decision may not be satisfactory, we must adhere to the overarching rules and regulations that apply to us.

Here is a list of possible (not limited to) situations when Omega may close or suspend your account:

  • We have a good reason to believe that you are using Omega in a fraudulent or harmful way.

  • You haven't provided the information we requested, or you've provided incorrect or false information.

  • You've broken our terms and conditions in a serious or persistent way.

  • We believe that if you continue to use your account, it could damage our reputation or goodwill.

  • We are required to do so under any law, regulation, court order, or other instructions.

  • We've asked you to repay money owed to us and you haven't done so.

We'll contact you via official channel(s) if we close or suspend your account. You can find more information on account closures here: omg.one/terms.
