Introduction to Omega’s Onboarding Process
Omega’s onboarding process is entirely digital and can be completed in just a few minutes if you have all the necessary documents and information ready. In this article, you will learn about the types of information and documents required for our onboarding process.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring your onboarding process is quick and seamless. We kindly ask you to take extra care to provide the following information and documents. Please note that the documents must be provided electronically in PDF-format or a live photo, the screenshots will not be accepted.
Your Personal Details
Full legal name
Phone number
Address
Country of residence
Identity Documents
Identity documents for all of your beneficial owners and at least one director:
Passport ID card, driving licence or a residence permit
Proof of Address
A proof of your residential address, such as a:
Personal bank statement dated within the last three months from a recognised banking institution with both incoming and outgoing transactions covering at least a 30-day period. Or,
Your personal utility bill or a council tax
Please note that Omega can not accept mobile phone bills, medical bills and receipts and insurance statements as a proof of address.
Company Details
For the all companies, you will need to provide:
Description of the business
All trading names
For the companies registered outside of the UK, you will need to also provide:
Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration
Proof of address of the business
Memorandum of Incorporation, Articles of Association or Articles of Registration
Shareholder registry
Director Registration
Company’s Directors and Beneficial Owners Information
Information about all of your company’s directors and beneficial owners:
Full legal name
Date of birth
Email address
Country of residence
Residence address
Nationality and tax identification number where existent
Tax residency country
During the onboarding process, all shareholders, company’s directors and beneficial owners will also be required to complete liveness verification, during which you will be asked to provide a selfie.
Signing the Application
You will be asked to select a signing director, confirm their identity and sign the application to Omega on behalf of your company. If you are filling out the application and you are a company director, you can sign the contract yourself.
